Can the 2 stages of a Divorce be partially-Contested and partially-Uncontested?

Contested Divorce and Contested Ancillary Proceedings: this occurs when your spouse wishes to oppose both your application for a Divorce (i.e. not willing to end the marriage) as well as your requests or views on how to deal with the Ancillary Matters (i.e. not willing to agree on how to handle maintenance, division of matrimonial assets, children).
