- Your bailor’s main duty is to ensure that you attend Court (or before the Police) whenever you are required until the conclusion of the case (or investigations).
- Your bailor may have to forfeit the full amount of bail if you fail to attend before the Court or Police when required or if he fails to comply with any of the conditions of bail.
